Who we are....

• George Graziano, CPA (George@taxplanpros.biz)

• Heike Heyken-Davisson (Heike@taxplanpros.biz) joined the professional team in February 2017 as a seasoned tax-preparer / accountant. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at CSUS in 2005 and worked in accounting and tax preparation field for decades.  In 2009  she obtained her authorization from the IRS to act as an Enrolled Agent to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Services.  Born and raised in Northern Germany, she and her family are living in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada, where she is enjoying the trails either by foot or horse.   

• Megan Welch (Megan@taxplanpros.biz) joined the professional team in September 2024 as a certified tax preparer and experienced bookkeeper. She has worked in the accounting industry for decades and is currently pursuing her Enrolled Agent certification with the IRS to expand the ways she can serve clients. Inspired by her children and a love for the outdoors, Megan can often be found hiking, snowboarding or traveling with family and friends across California and far beyond.

• Paula Graziano (paula@taxplanpros.biz) – office manager and reception.  Paula will run the office and do whatever it takes to ensure your experience with our firm is a pleasant one.
